Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) is essentially a federally mandated insurance policy that you paid for through your FICA payroll taxes. If you have worked long enough and recently enough, you are insured under this program.

Monthly Cash Payments

Cost-of-Living Adjustments (COLA): Your monthly benefit typically increases annually to keep up with inflation.

Medicare Eligibility
